Welcome to the online registration for Spiritual Perspectives on Dying Well, Caregiving Healing Grief program at Nalanda West August 19-22, 2006. Online registration is available to those who wish to provide full payment via credit card for one of the following three program options: the full program, the weekend program only, or the weekday program only. These online payment forms use a secure online payment system.

Dates:
- August 19-22 , 2006 "Dying Well" and "Caregiving and Healing Grief" (Full program)
- August 19 and 20th: "Dying Well" (Weekend program, which includes August 20th evening program)
- August 20th and 21st: "Caregiving and Healing Grief" (Weekday program)

Program Costs:
Option 1: Full Program: "Dying Well" and "Caregiving and Healing Grief "
Early bird payment before August 1: $325
Regular payment: $375 (due before August 15)
Late payment: $395 (if payment after August 15)
Option 2: Weekend Program only: "Dying Well"
Early bird payment before August 1: $225
Regular payment: $260 (due before August 15)
Late payment: $275 (if payment after August 15)
Option 3: Weekday Program Only: "Caregiving and Healing Grief "
Early bird payment before August 15: $200
Regular payment: $235 (due before August 15)
Late payment: $250 (if payment after August 15)

NOTES: Meals are NOT included in the price. Prices are quoted in US dollars. No refunds after August 15, 2006.

Option 1: Registration for Full Program (August 19-22)
"Dying Well" and "Caregiving and Healing Grief": $375

If you wish to attend the full program, which includes "Dying Well" and "Caregiving and Healing Grief", first tell us whether you wish to volunteer or need any special accommodations, and then click the "Register" button. Note: since you are registering after August 1, the early bird registration fee has expired and the cost of registration is $375.

Volunteer Option: Participants may elect to volunteer during the retreat to help in the administration of the program. Choose one:

Special accommodations request: Nalanda West has limited access and portions of the facility are not wheelchair accessible. If you require special accommodations, please specify them briefly in the space below:

Option 2: Registration for Weekend Program only (August 19-20)
"Dying Well": $260
